Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening from 3pm and Friday, Saturday from 12pm, Fredericks operates as a Wine Bar with Dining experience providing the Gold Coast with an epicentre of the best local and international wines together with a bar menu filled with the best cured meats and cheese the world has to offer. For those wanting to enjoy the full experience, Frederick’s also offers a Share Plate experience and a 5 course Chef's Menu option, available to be paired with matching drinks or to go with your drink selection for the night.
